A Palestinian man prepares a falafel as he uses a candle light during a power cut in Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, on July 28, 2015. Independent Commission for Human Rights warned Saturday of the aggravated humanitarian situation in Gaza due to continued electricity outage after the Gaza's sole power plant stopped running, which make problems with water supply because many of the area's water pumps also rely on that power plant.
